| SRHC Picnic Train - Seymour to Traralgon |

On Saturday 14th August 2010 join the Seymour Railway Heritage Centre (SRHC) for the Traralgon Picnic Train.
The diesel hauled Heritage Train will depart Seymour at 7.00 am destined for Traralgon in the Latrobe Valley.
Passengers will be accommodated in comfortable heritage passengers carriages. State Car No 4 and the former Spirit of Progress Parlor Car will also be accessible to passengers during the journey.
Important Information
On 31st July 2010 a decision will be made as to whether there are sufficient passengers for this train to operate. Therefore if you are interested in travelling, please at least register an expression of interest before this date!
Tour Options
There are an number of options that passengers may choose to order at the time of making a booking.
Option A - Bakery Breakfast Pack
Start the day with a “Bakery Breakfast Packâ€. Ham and Cheese Croissant, Homemade Sweet Muffin, Greek-style Yoghurt with Fruit Coulis, Fruit Tub and Orange Juice .
Breakfast $12.50 per person
Option B - Coach Tour to Walhalla
Board a Road Coach at Moe for the journey through to the historic goldfields township of Walhalla. You may choose to purchase Lunch and then take time to explore the town. You may also be interested in a mine tour or a journey on the Walhalla Goldfields Railway.
Coach Travel - $17.00 per person
Option C - Latrobe Valley & PowerWorks Coach Tour
Board a Road Coach at Moe for the journey that takes in some of the sights of the Valley. A stop will be made for you to purchase lunch, before the coach heads to PowerWorks for a conducted tour.
Coach Travel & PowerWorks Admission: Adult $35, Concession $30, Child $20 (Family Fares POA)
Option D - Evening Meal
During the return journey from Traralgon you may enjoy a Hot evening meal. The choices are:
- Roast Beef and Gravy with Mashed Potato
- Curry Chicken with Rice
- Paprika Beef with Rice
- Seasoned Roast Chicken with Mashed Potato
- Lamb Hot Pot with Mashed Potato
- Beef Rissoles with Mashed Potato
- Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice
- Vegetable Lasagne with Rice
Meal $16 per person
Latrobe Valley
Besides the optional Coach Tours, the other option is to spend some quality time in Traralgon; dining out etc.
