Blue Train - Seymour
to Ballarat

One
of Australia's most historic theatres is Her Majesty’s, Ballarat and
this theatre will be a prime tour option on Saturday the 24th May 2008 when
the SRHC Blue Train makes a return visit to Ballarat that coincides with the
theatre production of Disney’s Beauty & The Beast that is being
presented by BLOC Music Theatre.
The
train will depart Seymour railway station at 7.20 am. Stops will be made at
Broadford (7.36 am), Kilmore East (7.46 am), Craigieburn (8.16 am) and Broadmeadows
(8.27 am) for an arrival at Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station at 8.51
am. An on-train Kiosk and Bar will operate during the entire journey.
After the locomotives are repositioned at Southern Cross the train will depart
for Ballarat at 9.43 am. Travel is via Bacchus Marsh over the Regional Fast
Railway for an arrival at Ballarat at 12.40 pm.

Hills
to the Bay - Seymour to Geelong

The
Seymour Railway Heritage Centre will be operating their first Picnic Train
of 2008 to the bay side city of Geelong, a destination that has proved popular
for Picnic Trains.
This special Hills to the Bay Picnic Train will provide an enjoyable day out
with a journey from Seymour to Geelong (via Melbourne's Southern Cross Station)
and will enable passengers to spend some time enjoying Geelong by taking in
the Eastern Beach precinct, the City centre, visit friends or family or under
take the Bellarine Peninsula coach tour option.
